Rock the Plateau -
Celebrating the Voices of Americana, Folk, and Roots - Live on the Plateau
Where artists shine and community connects

Welcome to Rock the Plateau, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a more connected community in the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau (HCP), through music, creating a place for artists, and a reason to gather for music lovers!

Our events are more than just performances; they are a tapestry of shared experiences that unite everyone who loves the HCP. The performances serve as a platform to highlight the unique spirit of our community, while also contributing to job creation, income generation, and stimulating our local economy. Our main event at this point is the Salon Series at Highlander Mountain House. We intend to use this as a platform to continue to build connections through music.

Check out our Artist page to see some of the amazing artists who have been a part of the Salon Series. Among them, there have been 31 Grammy nominations with 11 wins, and multiple nominees and winners of Americana Music Awards, among other accolades

Rock the Plateau is proudly established for charitable and educational purposes, in accordance with section 501©(3) of the IRS code. Please feel free to make a donation or become a member so we can continue to provide the highest level of commitment to the mission. Join us in this melodious movement, and together, let’s create a symphony of solidarity, understanding, and prosperity.
